The home is fully furnished, including linens, blankets, pillows and towels. It is small but perfect for 2 couples or a small family. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and 1 bathroom w/shower. There is a twin-sized hide-a-bed in the living room sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and dinnerware. The house is heated by forced air, and the kitchen and bathroom have radiant-heated tile floors. Amenities include a flat-screen TV with surround sound, and a picnic table, outdoor furniture and barbecue set in the backyard.
